• On a Google search 'Butler's' shows in the top 10 Thai Restaurants in Ealing

• A nearby pub (approx 500 metres away) also offers Thai food

• Most Thai restaurants in Internet search seem clustered around Uxbridge Rd

• The list on the right can be further investigated, at least one offers a 'meal deal'

• The shop frontage is partially hidden by a tree, so passers-by may not notice it

• Is 'Cafe' on front canopy/awning misleading?

• Can a motif be painted onto the canopy?

• Would a central mostif on the canopy crown the front? 

SUGGESTION FOR CANOPY: 

• either a sequence of golden yellow flowers along edge or a single 'shower' centrally placed

• Could this better represent Butler's and a touch of Thailand?

• The crimson colour is consistent with the Butler's Thai website

• Crimson and gold are dominant colours in other Thai restaurants

RECOMMENDATION: 

• Surrounding area is predominantly residential, how can local community be coached off the couch?

• Is a Kareoke night possible? (license permitting)

• As the BYO was popular, is it worth bringing back for a limited night each week? 

• Would a minimum order value will help to keep a 'BYO Night' viable.

• BYB looks balanced and also says 'be why be' or 'be your boss' or 'buy your beers'

•  BYO or BYOB, says 'be a yob'

• West London University's proximity suggests an ideal client source

• WLU 'Pillars' stops serving at 1pm, it appears. This gives scope for evening bookings at Butler's

• Is a 'Student Deal' including tea/coffee/bottled water worth offering? £6.50 or less??
